Individual support
Do you need a place to talk through the challenges you’re facing in a non-judgemental space? Are you after some guidance on difficult situations you’re experiencing in the workplace?
The primary goal of restorative supervision is to create a supportive and empowering environment that fosters growth, learning, and positive outcomes for you.
FAQ
How many sessions are there?
As many as are needed. You decide.
How long does a session last?
Most commonly, 60 minutes, but this is guided by you.
Does my employer get notes about what we discuss?
Supervision is kept confidential between the supervisor and participant. In most cases, no feedback is given to an emlpoyer, however, if a safeguarding concern is raised, then that information would have to be passed on to the relevant organisation.
